## Aanleiding

Vastgoedbedrijf Annexum heeft een goede staat van dienst op het gebied van het beheer en de verduurzaming van supermarktvastgoed. Het verduurzamen is een investering die zowel op lange als korte termijn een positieve invloed heeft op de waarde van het vastgoed. Daarom bestond er bij Annexum de wens om haar pand in Leerdam, dat wordt verhuurd aan Albert Heijn, te benutten met zonnepanelen. Het dak was echter openbaar toegankelijk en stond bekend als plaatselijke hangplek.

## Onze ondersteuning en oplossing

Zoncoalitie heeft in samenwerking met Annexum een haalbaarheidsstudie uitgevoerd, op basis waarvan doelgericht kon worden gezocht naar een geschikte uitvoerder. Binnen ons platform van 25+ aanbieders van zonne-energie hebben wij Annexum gekoppeld aan Duramotion, waarna de aanleg van 200 glas/glas-panelen (Solarwatt, brandklasse A) is gerealiseerd. De beheerder heeft een twee meter hoog hek geplaatst om de installatie te beschermen.
