## Aanleiding en behoefte

Dit winkelcentrum, gelegen aan de A1, is eigendom van Cairn Real Estate (voorheen Schroders Capital). Dit vastgoedfonds besloot na veel geslaagde projecten ook op deze locatie haar energiekosten te verlagen en bij te dragen aan de energietransitie van Muiden.

## Onze ondersteuning en oplossing

Samen met Maxis Muiden heeft Zoncoalitie gekeken naar de mogelijkheden tot het installeren van zonnepanelen. Door het indienen van een SDE-subsidieaanvraag en het uitvoeren van technische haalbaarheidsstudies, konden wij zien welk scenario het beste was voor het produceren van zonne-energie. Van hieruit is Devcon gekoppeld aan Cairn. Vervolgens is de constructie van een dakdeel aangepast om het geschikt te maken voor een PV-installatie en is het zonnedak verwezenlijkt.

## Resultaten

Op het dak van Maxis Muiden liggen nu maar liefst 772 zonnepanelen, met een gezamenlijk vermogen van 351 kWp.
